Day 5 in Czech Republic

Today I got to witness Czech Republic and Poland at the same time. The team started the day on a rough route by missing the train in the morning but we rebounded by getting half of the group to the school we were teaching at on time. The other half of us made it a little late to the schools but it all worked out by God's blessings. When we got to the classrooms we talked English with the students and got to hear the students talk in English. Some of them were pretty good at communicating and then there were some of them that were not so good. Kind of an interesting moment that happened at the school that we were at, a Czech and Poland superstar singer was in the classrooms we taught at. Her name is Ewa Farna. Apparently she is the Hannah Montana of Czech Republic. I looked her up on YouTube and she has some of her songs that have over 1 million views!
But besides getting start struck in Czech, I was totally blessed to talk and hang out with the students at the classrooms. After the school, our group had some free time to roam around and check out the scenery around us. We actually got to set foot in Poland and see some of the famous buildings and old churches that they had.
After then we played with some of the kids from the local church at a sports complex. I had a lot of fun playing volleyball, ultimate frisbee and soccer tennis.
We closed the day eating at Danny's church with the youth group and just hung out playing some games.
Today has been a very long day but it wouldn't have been possible without the strength from the big guy up top. Thank you everyone who is reading my blogs and following me on what is a snapshot of my life. ... Remember, when you aren't doing something to get better, someone is.
