It's Friday

It's Friday and the only thing to do now is kick back relax, and watch some videos on how to get better at basketball. I usually use this time of the week to let my body relax and recover from the hard work during the week. Remember that someone else in the world is working harder than you when you aren't working so use this time to get better mentally by watching videos of your favorite player... or possibly someone you idol your game after.
