rest is key

In basketball recovery time is just as important as strengthening your body. Everyone can put the work in the gym to pound that body in to shape. It takes time for the body to rest, so make sure you take at least one day off to let your body recover. My therapist says the day after you lift or workout is more important than the actual lift itself because the day you rest is the day you grow.
